Java Fullstack Developer

Iris client, one of their Direct Client is looking to hire Java Fullstack Developer for Alpharetta GA (Hybrid) Job Title: Java Full stack Developer Experience: 7+ Years Mode of Interview: In-person Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about leveraging agentic software development tools such as Kiro, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and similar AI-powered platforms to rapidly design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will build end-to-end product features spanning micro-frontend applications and Java Spring backend services. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver full-stack features from concept to production. Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot and Python. Utilize AI-powered development tools including Kiro, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor. Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code. Apply object-oriented design, Clean Code practices, and SOLID principles. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies. Ensure code quality through test-driven development (TDD). Validate and verify AI-generated code by creating comprehensive test strategies, ensuring functional correctness, security compliance, performance standards, and maintainability before deployment to production. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience. Strong experience building full-stack web applications. Hands-on experience with Java, Angular, React or Stencil. Excellent understanding of OOP, design patterns, Clean Code, and SOLID principles. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Strong Experience designing and building cloud-native solutions, preferably on AWS. Strong understanding of defensive programming practices and 12-Factor App principles for microservices.
