Visit us at the North Mason Timberland Library for our Hiring Event on Tuesday, September 1st, 2026, from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. We will be having on-the-spot interviews and hiring, providing snacks and beverages, and sharing more about our company, including our paid HCA training program! 

What we are looking for: 

• Caregivers with a driver's license, vehicle, car insurance, and a clean driving record (REQUIRED)
• Day-time availability
• Caregivers who can work in Mason County
• Licensed CNAs/HCAs ( preferred, but not required )

What You’ll Be Doing:

Care needs vary, but your typical responsibilities may include:

• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders and assistance
• Assistance with bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Stand-by support, repositioning, or lifting
• Companionship—conversation, games, walks, etc.
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments and errands (as needed)

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available
• Perfect for work/life balance or supplemental income

Pay:

• $23.25 – $24.75 per hour, based on experience
• $0.76/mile reimbursement
• Additional shift differentials may apply

• Reliable transportation to client locations
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires strong time management skills, interpersonal skills, patience, listening skills, and knowledge of generally accepted care standards. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, through various channels, including in-person, phone, email, and text messages. This position requires demonstrated experience and tact in communicating with diverse populations. This includes the ability to recognize and understand the differences, needs, experiences, values, lifestyles, and ages of the populations served. Must have the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in stressful situations. This position requires regular local travel and reliable transportation to assigned client locations and does require a smartphone for clocking in/out of the system.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None. Escalated matters of significance are referred to the Home Care Supervisor or Manager.
