Our client is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney with 6-10 years of experience to handle high-asset divorce and family law matters.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle complex, high-net-worth divorce and family law cases from inception through resolution.
Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement conferences.
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
Provide strategic legal counsel and maintain strong client relationships throughout matters.
Attend scheduled court appearances, occasional in-person client meetings, and monthly all-staff meetings.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active and good-standing California Bar license.
6-10 years of California family law experience.
Strong litigation, legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
Excellent communication, client management, and case-handling abilities.
