Contracts Sales Supervisor

Key Accountabilities Recruit, select, develop and motivate the Contract Sales Associates. Managing key accounts Effective administration of employee training, performance appraisals, and incentive programs. Ensure that our customer inquiries are handled in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner. Maintains contract review to ISO9001:2008 standards. Negotiate new and renewal customer contracts. OA10 & SA10 review on an "as needed" basis. N-item review prior to submitting for approval. Implementation of Contract Manager at accounts where required. Plan and direct the activities of all Contract Sales Associates.
