Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - PACT Program

An outpatient behavioral health program is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) in Worcester County, Massachusetts. This role provides psychiatric assessment, medication management, and collaborative care for individuals with complex mental health needs in a community-based treatment setting.

• Schedule: Flexible, 4-5 days per week
• Hours: Approximately 24 hours per week
• Setting: Outpatient community-based care

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management services for adult patients.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver care through community outreach and office-based outpatient visits.
• Monitor patient progress, medication effectiveness, and treatment adherence.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record system.

• Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• DEA registration.
• Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration.
• Psychiatric experience.
• Ability to work independently in community and outpatient settings.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Experience with high-acuity behavioral health populations.
• Familiarity with care transitions and coordinated services in community mental health.
• Experience using an electronic medical record system for behavioral health documentation.
