Sr. Global Product Manager, Strategic MarketingWe are looking for an experienced, strategic, and driven Senior Global Product Manager ready to take on full-stream marketing for key technology categories within Teleflex Interventional. This role oversees a strategically important portfolio that includes MANTA™, our vascular closure technology, and a range of complex catheters and accessories with peripheral indications. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of peripheral intervention – leading both global commercial and market development, as well as new product development (NPD) efforts.This is a highly visible role with influence across the organization and direct exposure to business unit leadership and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the field of peripheral intervention. This role is based in our Maple Grove, MN office.Principal Responsibilities:Drive Strategy & Portfolio GrowthLead global strategy for vascular closure & complex catheter portfolios with peripheral indicationsOwn end-to-end product lifecycle management, including market assessments, business case development, product launches, post-market surveillance, and phase-out planning to ensure sustained market relevance and profitabilityIdentify growth opportunities and inform investment decisionsLead New Product DevelopmentPartner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to bring new products to life, from concept to commercializationLead voice-of-customer (VOC) research to uncover unmet clinical needs and inform commercialization strategyAct as an internal therapy expert to support customer meetings, cross-functional decision-making, and broad-based peripheral business strategyDefine Go-to-Market StrategiesDevelop global launch strategies, scientific activities, and marketing materialsBuild compelling business cases for new products and market expansionSupport pricing, positioning, and forecasting decisions in partnership with regional marketing partnersEngage Customers & Build InsightsBuild strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, and key opinion leadersStay at the forefront of the field through conferences and direct customer engagementTranslate market insights into actionable strategiesLead Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with global and regional marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, and other cross-functional partners to support business needs and drive alignment of priorities across the vascular closure and peripheral portfolioContribute to broader strategic initiatives, including potential M&A activitiesEducation / Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredStrong strategic marketing skills, including 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or strategy in peripheral intervention or a related medical device spaceExperience in new product development and product launches strongly preferredSpecialized Skills / Other Requirements:Strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumenComfortable working in a complex clinical environment and eager to learnStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both internal teams (from leadership to sales reps) and external customersProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authorityHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working in global peripheral intervention marketsAbility to identify customer insights and translate into actionable product and commercial strategyA collaborative mindset and willingness to both lead and to roll up your sleeves and executeThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $132,900 - $199,400 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered.
