Associate Director, Strategy (Ecommerce) (Performance Marketing) (Fully Remote)

Deliver strategic leadership to performance teams and evolve Thrive's services. Partner with leadership to align team goals with company growth. Manage key relationships and ensure long-term success of high-complexity projects. Responsibilities: Champion client success as the hands-on strategic lead across large accounts. Manage a team of senior performance marketers and act as an advocate at scale. Support senior leadership in developing performance marketing product and service plans. Qualifications: Owned large-scale, multi-channel performance marketing programs with $1M+ monthly spend. Led and developed multi-level teams of 15+, including managers. Designed performance reporting using tools like Looker, Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau. Company Culture: Values curiosity, accountability, and thoughtful problem-solving.
