User Experience Strategist

A leader in the pharmaceutical industry is hiring a UX Strategist in New Brunswick, NJ for a full-time, hybrid contract position. $65–$75/hour W2 with full benefits available. 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extension. High-impact role working on AI and data-driven digital products. Opportunity to lead UX strategy across complex initiatives. Collaborative, cross-functional environment with senior stakeholders. UX Strategist Requirements Proven experience in UX strategy, UX research, or a hybrid strategist role. Strong background in user research, journey mapping, and problem framing. Ability to lead UX efforts independently across multiple projects. Experience influencing stakeholders and communicating design rationale. Familiarity with data-rich environments or regulated industries preferred. UX Strategist Responsibilities Lead early-stage UX discovery and define problem statements. Conduct user research and synthesize insights into strategic direction. Guide cross-functional teams in understanding user needs and solutions.
