Lead Paint Operator - Flow Tech (First Shift)

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Lead Paint Operator for first-shift manufacturing in Marietta, Ohio. The role involves leading a production team, ensuring process execution, maintaining quality and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor manufacturing team members while coordinating daily production activities
- Ensure consistent execution of production processes and maintain quality standards
- Identify and resolve complex operational issues using advanced troubleshooting skills
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
- Support compliance with safety protocols and controlled environment standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4+ years manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for equipment and processes
- Proficiency with ERP platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 lbs, and work in PPE
- Experience with batch record review and documentation in regulated environments
