Healthcare Billing & Patient Support Specialist

Tenet Healthcare

Tenet Healthcare is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the Customer Service Call Center with physician billing inquiries. This position requires excellent customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate will manage high call volumes while ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining confidentiality. A minimum of one year of experience in a medical customer service role is preferred.
