Operations Director - Commercial Flooring

Were partnered with a rapidly growing commercial flooring contractor thats expanding its footprint in the DFW marketand theyre looking to bring on a strong Operations Director to lead that growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role where youll be overseeing field operations, managing superintendents and installation teams, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly from kickoff through completion.

If youve got a strong background in commercial & multifamily construction flooring operations , enjoy leading teams in the field, and know how to keep multiple projects moving without letting things fall apartthis role could be for you.

What Youll Be Doing

Leading day-to-day field operations across multiple commercial and multifamily projects
Managing and supporting superintendents and installation crews
Partnering closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution
Coordinating labor, materials, and schedules across jobs
Proactively identifying and solving issues before they impact the client
Serving as a key point of contact between the field, internal teams, and customers

What Were Looking For

5+ years in an operations or field leadership role within NEW construction flooring
Experience overseeing multiple large-scale projects ($500K+ preferred)
Background in commercial, healthcare, education, & multifamily projects
Proven ability to manage teams (superintendents/crews) and keep jobs on track
Strong communication skillsboth client-facing and internal
Someone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
Ideal candidate is already based in the DFW area - if not, you must have some experience (preferrably 5+ years) in DFW commercial flooring
