Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate – $17/hr

Davenport, IA

⏱️ Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Position Overview

Join a fast-paced warehouse team where your work keeps operations moving efficiently from start to finish. We’re hiring reliable Forklift Operators who are comfortable in a hands-on environment and enjoy staying active throughout their shift.

This role combines forklift operation with warehouse support tasks, including container processing, material movement, and inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to safely move materials throughout the warehouse
• Load, unload, and transport racks, totes, and containers
• Use wash systems to clean and process plastic containers (load/unload/sort)
• Scan and track inventory using handheld devices
• Work within production lanes to sort and prepare materials
• Perform basic container repairs using hand tools
• Verify shipments and ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of forklift experience
• Ability to pass a forklift skills evaluation
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
