Position Overview The Selections Coordinator plays an important role in delivering a polished and well-organized customer experience throughout the homebuilding process. Working from our Design Studio, this customer-facing position assists homebuyers in navigating available finishes, features, and personalization opportunities while ensuring alignment with company standards, timelines, and construction requirements. While design awareness is helpful, this role is centered more around customer guidance, communication, organization, and process coordination than interior design. Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Guide homebuyers through the selections process within established timelines and company offerings Assist customers in understanding available finishes, structural options, upgrades, and personalization opportunities Maintain a highly organized and professional customer experience throughout the selections process Present and review selections-related documents and addendums Demonstrate the Design Studio to prospective and existing homebuyers Facilitate Pre-Build Orientation meetings alongside Project Managers and internal team members Coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments to ensure accurate communication and documentationUnderstand and effectively communicate floorplans, blueprints, customer selections, and structural options Maintain organization and attention to detail while managing multiple projects and deadlines Deliver a level of professionalism and customer service consistent with the Eddy Homes brand Required Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Customer-service oriented with a polished and professional demeanor Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Team-player mentality with willingness to learn and implement feedback Comfortable learning and utilizing technology platforms and systems Experience in customer service, homebuilding, construction, project coordination, or other client-facing professional roles preferred Basic blueprint reading, construction print familiarity, or residential construction knowledge is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation opportunity Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Eclipse Construction Management, LP
