Now Hiring: Millwright Helper

Location: Akron, OH

Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 50-60 hours per week

Duration: 4-5 Month Project

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable Millwright Helper to join our team for a long-term industrial project in the Akron area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience working alongside skilled millwrights in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist millwrights with equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs
Move, organize, and stage tools, materials, and equipment
Assist with rigging and positioning machinery
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Previous industrial or construction experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
Basic hand and power tool knowledge
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work overtime as needed
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
