Role Description:
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP Basis systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO).
- Perform SAP system administration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Manage SAP transport requests across Development, QA, and Production environments.
- Execute SAP kernel upgrades, patches, and support package implementations.
- Administer SAP HANA databases, including backup, recovery, and optimization.
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Manage SAP users, roles, authorizations, and security compliance.
- Perform system refreshes, client copies, and migration activities.
- Support high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Collaborate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and project delivery.
