Key Qualifications:

• Completion of at least 48 college semester units or an Associate’s degree (AA/AS)
• Ability to pass a thorough background and fingerprint screening

• Eagerness to collaborate as part of a dynamic educational team

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with lesson delivery, materials preparation, and classroom management
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with varying learning needs
• Encourage positive behavior and engagement through active participation
• Help to create an environment where all students feel included, respected, and capable
• Take part in staff meetings, trainings, and other professional development opportunities
