Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary: $312,000 $438,000 (based on hours)

What You'll Do:

• Provide OB-GYN hospitalist coverage including triage, surgery, and labor management
• Manage obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
• Oversee inpatient obstetrics and gynecologic care, including deliveries (~1,200 annually)
• Collaborate with hospital teams, community OB-GYNs, and specialty support (Level II NICU, MFM)
• Contribute to the development of workflow, policies, and program growth

What You Need:

• Active and valid OB-GYN license in California
• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
• Dedication to high-quality, patient-centered care
