Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic PM Pizza / Salad Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and fresh salads that delight our guests. Responsibilities Prepare high-quality pizzas by following established recipes and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation Assemble fresh salads using a variety of ingredients, maintaining quality and freshness standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and storage spaces Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Assist with menu planning to introduce new pizza options and salad offerings that appeal to diverse tastes Support the culinary team during busy hours by efficiently managing meal preparation and service Ensure all food items are prepared in accordance with health regulations and company standards for quality and safety Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Experience with menu planning, catering, and fine dining environments is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen sanitation practices Excellent food service skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food industry best practices, and culinary techniques Passion for creating delicious dishes and providing exceptional customer service Requirements Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday Utah Food Handler Certificate Join us as a PM Pizza / Salad Cook and bring your culinary talents to life!
