About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on Finance Professional who will play a critical role in building and scaling theaccounting andfinancefunctions. This individual will work closely with leadership and take ownership of accounting operations, cost accounting, and financial reporting, while developing FP&A capabilitiesto guide business decisions and support future growth into a leadership role. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations (GL, month-end close, financial reporting) Develop andmaintaincost accounting processes(job costing, inventory, standard costing) Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and profitability Prepare and improvefinancial reporting packages Perform FP&A activities includingbudgeting,forecasting,variance analysisandfinancialmodeling Provide insights on business performance andidentifyopportunities for cost optimization Support leadership with data-driven recommendations Help build processes and structure within a growing organization About You: Prioraccountingexperiencerequired Solid foundation and experiencein financial accounting and reportingrequired Manufacturing experience preferred Proactive and self-directed with strong analyticalskillsandabusiness mindset Background in nimble,small‑teamenvironments; experiencedriving process improvements and building effective systems preferred Hands-on,accountable,and eagerto take ownership Growth mindset with interest in evolving into a leadershiprole Why work for us?
