Qualifications & Experience:

• Current license to practice Physical Therapy (PT) in Colorado (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience in a hospital or outpatient setting is a plus
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to create individualized treatment plans
• Proven professionalism, adherence to ethical standards, and confidentiality
• Commitment to maintaining continuing education and regulatory compliance

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals, adjusting as required under physician direction
• Delegate and oversee discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients
• Design functional treatment programs to facilitate effective return to community activities
• Provide education to patients, families, students, colleagues, and yourself
• Maintain clear, concise, and timely medical record documentation aligned with clinic, state, federal, and insurance requirements
• Participate as an educator and mentor within the student program
• Foster and monitor patient and employee safety, consistently following safety protocols in all therapeutic procedures
• Engage in ongoing professional development, striving for quality care and organizational objectives
