Your job is to listen, guide them through their Medicare options, and help them find the best plan for their needs. This isn't just about sales; it's about providing a valuable service that directly impacts people's lives. What You'll Get: Lucrative Earning Potential: Our compensation is one of the highest in Indiana. Base Salary: Starting at $41,600 Total Compensation: With commission and bonuses, you can expect to earn $41,000 to $70,000 annually, with top performers earning even more. A Full-Time, Year-Round Career: This is a stable, long-term opportunity, not just a seasonal job. No Cold Calling or Driving: All leads are provided to you through inbound calls. You'll work from our office, so no more wasting time and money on gas and appointments. Paid Training & Licensing: Don't have your health insurance license? No problem! We'll pay for your training and help you get licensed so you can start your career with us. What You'll Do: Be a Trusted Advisor: Educate and guide senior clients through the complexities of Medicare. Diverse Product Offerings: Sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and other ancillary insurance products.
