We’re proud to be #QualityDriven and #PeoplePowered.Your MissionKeep stamping presses and related systems in peak condition through proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting.Use PLC logic to read functions, isolate issues, and validate fixes.Diagnose and repair or replace faulty electronic components.Understand how press equipment and auxiliary systems operate.Pitch in on Facilities electrical projects and partner with a Maintenance Mechanic when required.Craft clear repair plans, communicate updates to your supervisor, and execute efficiently.Minimize downtime to protect production commitments.Collaborate across teams, communicate needs, and share knowledge.Champion change as an opportunity to improve.Be reliably present, manage time well, and use breaks appropriately.What It TakesStrong English communication skills (read, write, speak, comprehend) to safely follow instructions, procedures, and company communications.High personal standards, accountability, honesty, and integrity.Thoroughness, accuracy, and reliability.Conflict resolution that’s objective and progress-focused; relationship-building mindset.Actively use feedback to grow; continuous improvement focus.Flex across work areas to keep the plant flowing.Operate with urgency to meet customer needs.Well-rounded skills to perform all aspects of the job, rotate duties, and maintain current knowledge.Where and When You’ll WorkPontiac, MI — Z Shift / 5 PM–5 AM, Friday through Sunday.
