Ardent Insurance & Risk Management is growing and seeking an exceptional person with drive, discipline, and commitment to join our team as a Sales Executive for Commercial Insurance in our Naples office. This person will be responsible for commercial risk account sales, prospecting, and strategy with the client/prospect on the financial and contractual features of their risk plans.
No prior insurance experience required! There is a base salary plus commission, with unlimited residual income potential.
Qualifications:
Ability to learn appropriate insurance software systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self starter
Persistent desire to succeed
Strong interpersonal skills
Driven for success with strong sales aptitude
Ability to work independently
Team player
