Workforce Management Associate

Responsibilities Assist with workforce forecasting and staffing plans. Monitor daily staffing levels and schedule adherence. Create, maintain, and publish employee schedules. Analyze workforce trends, attendance, productivity, and service-level metrics. Support real-time operational monitoring and staffing adjustments. Generate workforce reports and dashboards for leadership. Coordinate with Operations, Clinical Leadership, HR, and Finance teams. Identify staffing gaps and recommend schedule adjustments. Maintain workforce management systems and ensure data accuracy. Support continuous improvement initiatives across workforce operations. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, healthcare operations, or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; workforce management software experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered. Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Customer‑service mindset with strong accountability. Adaptable to changing operational priorities. Interest in healthcare operations and workforce optimization. Passion for supporting nursing teams and operational excellence.
