Client acquisition, matching, scheduling, billing, admin — it’s all covered so you can do what you do best.If you’re a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with an active California license, this is your opportunity to build a flexible, autonomous practice on your terms.## Key Responsibilities* Deliver exceptional virtual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s goals* Complete EHR documentation within 48 hours* Maintain current schedule availability and licensure status* Collaborate with the CEREVITY care team as needed## Qualifications* Active, unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license from the California BBS (associates/provisionals not accepted)* Minimum 1 year post-licensure experience* Availability for 5–20 sessions per week* Comfortable with EHR systems, video platforms, and digital tools* Preferred: Experience with high-achievers navigating anxiety, burnout, career transitions, or relationship dynamics## What We Offer* **Competitive Pay:** $85 per clinical session (50 min), prorated for extended formats — $153 for 90-min sessions, $306 for 3-hour intensives. No minimums, no caps. Build your practice how you want it.* **Simple Onboarding:** Straightforward credentialing process. Once you’re in, we start matching you with clients who fit your expertise.* **Contractor Note:** As a 1099 independent contractor, you manage your own taxes, malpractice insurance, and equipment.
