Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific time Responsibilities: Admissions and Initial Assessment of incoming clients. Case Management – Including treatment plan development and updates. Conduct virtual Individual therapy sessions for adults. Participate in discharge planning. Collaborate with Facility Treatment Team to provide continuity of Care. Embrace innovative telemedicine approaches for patient care. Document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records. Comfortable working with Substance abuse and addiction issues. Active Clinical licensure and experience in LMFT/LCSW/LPCC.
