Licensed Behavioral Health Provider Remote Oshi Health Must be licensed in California We are seeking a Master’s Level Behavioral Health Provider to provide GI focused behavioral services to our adult GI patients. Evidence based interventions include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relaxation strategies (diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychoeducation (brain‑gut connection, coping with chronic illness and gut directed hypnotherapy). As a core member of the clinical team, you will have access to ongoing training and support from a GI‑focused clinical team (GI/MD, GI‑experienced Nurse Practitioners, Registered Dietitians) to develop a working knowledge of digestive health conditions (IBD, IBS, GERD, SIBO, etc.) and implement GI focused psychological services. Your role will complement services provided by other members of the care team. Prior experience in the area(s) of GI Psychology and/or Health Psychology in general is preferred but not essential. Our team can provide training, in addition to ongoing consultation and support. What you’ll do In a digital integrated healthcare environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of care providers (including MDs, Dietitians) to provide a comprehensive and coordinated approach to member care Utilize evidenced‑based clinical interventions (including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relaxation strategies (diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychoeducation (brain‑gut connection, coping with chronic illness) and gut directed hypnotherapy) Complete biopsychosocial assessments to design and implement relevant and concrete goals that support clients in achieving meaningful outcomes related to their GI condition(s) Initiate and maintain health records and encounters in electronic health record and comply with guidelines outlined within company clinical protocols and other related manuals Participate in professional training activities to maintain licensure and advance knowledge base Participate in clinical coordination meetings with other care team members Contribute to company wide development of psychological best practices and feedback to share your professional experience with other team members and further improve member experiences Qualifications Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or other relevant field Active License to practice therapy in good standing (LCSW, LICSW, LPC only) 3+ Years Relevant experience delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, teaching relaxation strategies that impact brain‑gut connection, Motivational Interviewing, (experience with GI focused care is a plus) Ability to work alongside and communicate effectively with other care providers (e.g., MD, Nurse Practitioner, Health Coach, Registered Dietitian) Comfortable and competent with using common administrative technologies (e.g. Zoom, Slack, Office, Google Drive, or equivalent), charting electronically, experience delivering on telehealth platforms preferred What you’ll bring to the team High level of enthusiasm and a strong desire to provide high‑quality, virtual‑based care Ability to succeed in a highly coordinated, cross‑functional team environment Outcomes driven, a quick learner and a self‑starter Well organized and collaborative, with an eye for details Operate with high integrity, clinical competence and accountability for results Share our mission and desire to improve the lives of many people We take care of our people Competitive compensation Bonus opportunities 40 work hour weeks Advanced training and support from a specialized care team focused on gastrointestinal health Work alongside experts in gastrointestinal health and receive valuable clinical mentorship 3 weeks of paid time off with one week of sick pay 11 paid holidays throughout the year Access health benefits with a 90% employer paid premium for employees Receive support from a dedicated "Life Concierge" through Overalls CEU access through 2 partnerships We provide support to grow and thrive Advanced training by GI‑specialized clinicians Personalized guidance from our Licensure Specialist to achieve cross‑licensure, if desired Access to a CME management platform to streamline licensure renewals Membership to peer‑reviewed research tools to inform evidence‑based care We believe in rewarding exceptional talent and are prepared to discuss compensation that reflects your unique qualifications. Salary range for this role is based on California Residence.
