• Required Certifications: RPh, MTS
• Required Skills: Anticoagulation therapy, Cardiovascular, Clinical dosing, Compounding, Endocrine, Geriatric dosing, High-alert medications, Infectious disease, Inpatient / Acute care, IV Piggyback, Management/lead experience, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Antibiotics, Pediatric dosing, Pyxis, Pulmonary, Renal, Renal dosing, Sterile Technique, Storage of medications unit dose systems, Therapeutic med monitoring, Warfarin Dosing

Job Details:

• Pay: $3579/week - $3772/week
• Assignment Length: 13-week assignment
• Shift: 5, 8-Hour 20:30 - 04:30
• At least one year of experience required
