Registered Nurse L&D

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse - L&D to work at a Facility in Bakersfield, CA. These are registry positions with our company.

Gross weekly pay: 2455.88

Stipend (untaxed) 1442.00

Taxable 1013.88

Shift Details:

• 7a-7p

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse - L&D in an acute care setting

• A valid and current LPN license issued within the US

• A valid and current CPR card

• Experience n ER, Psychiatric, MS or Clinic

• Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor mothers and babies before, during, and after labor

• Assist doctors during childbirth and delivery procedures

• Administer medications, including pain relief and IV fluids

• Track vital signs of mother and baby

• Provide emotional support and education to mothers and families

• Prepare delivery rooms and sterilize equipment

• Monitor fetal heart rates and contractions

• Record and update patient medical information

• Assist with newborn care immediately after birth

• Respond quickly to emergencies such as complications during labor
