11a-11p and flexible to work 6a-6p

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required, TNCC Preferred. 2+ years experience. Combined Adult and PEDS ER. - must have experience in both.Common diagnosis / Types of patients STEMI, Stroke, sprains, sutures, to high acuity pts, pediatrics. ED does NOT have separate peds area--they are seen in all zones. Mixed adult and pediatric. Drips yes, Routine vasopressors, insulin, sedation. Ratios: We staff for 4:1, but stretch to 5 at times during peak census.
