Overview Constant Contact seeks a proactive Senior Analyst to join the Data & Analytics team. In this high-impact role you will partner with the organization to use product and marketing analysis and storytelling to uncover insights that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention within key customer segments, contributing to revenue and market expansion goals. What you’ll do Strategic Partnership: Work with cross-functional teams to lead data initiatives that bridge Product, Engineering, and Marketing — ensuring growth bets are measurable, correctly instrumented, and aligned with enterprise objectives. Root Cause Investigation: Lead deep-dive analyses when metrics shift. Determine whether issues are technical bugs, UX friction points, or trust barriers, and translate insights into a narrative that informs product strategy. Architecting Analytical Frameworks: Design and standardize how we evaluate product growth and user behavior, turning ad-hoc investigations into repeatable, high-signal processes. A/B Experimentation & Inference: Lead the experimentation lifecycle, from power analysis and hypothesis design to post-test causal inference and rollout. Assess how features impact user segments and behavior over time and understand long-term effects on retention and LTV. Financial Storytelling: Partner with FP&A to stress-test growth forecasts and connect product outcomes to revenue, LTV, and segment-level P&L impact. Raising the Analytical Bar: Model best practices in modern, AI-enhanced workflows and elevate the team’s capability in high-signal data storytelling and statistical rigor. End-to-End Project Ownership: Own analytical initiatives from concept to execution. Gather business requirements, define key metrics, and coordinate across teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. Who you are The Growth Mindset: Treat the business segment like your own; proactively identify anomalies and hunt for solutions before they become problems. Technically Elite: Expert-level SQL and strong product analytics (GA4, Amplitude, or similar) and A/B testing experience (Optimizely, Statsig, or similar). Modern Data Workflows: Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and collaboration via version control (GitHub) to maintain a scalable environment. Leverage modern AI tools. Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar in workflows to close the gap between data and execution. Solid understanding of statistical measures, including p-values, confidence intervals, and causal inference. Proficiency with Python and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Executive Storytelling: Translate complex analysis into crisp, high-impact narratives that influence senior leadership and guide business decisions, not just respond to ad-hoc requests. Experience: 3–5+ years in a highly quantitative analytical role (e.g., Product Growth, Marketing Analytics, Revenue Operations, Monetization, or Data Science), ideally in a SaaS or subscription-based model. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a quantitative field); Master’s a plus. Salary and benefits The specific salary offered may be influenced by experience, education, and location.
