-Medical Assistant Diploma from a DAPIP accredited program
-Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only)
-Education: HS/GED
-Special Requirements: Requires recent experience/expertise with venipuncture. Will draw 1-5 vials of blood from every patient in a high-volume clinic (100+ patients per day/15 providers). Epic experience. Willingness to work with Peds

-Floating REQ: Yes to Culver IM/FM
-Scheduling Requests Can Be Accommodated. No RTO in First 2 Weeks
