Job Opportunity: Acute Care Registered Nurse

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Acute Care Registered Nurse to provide exceptional and compassionate care to adult and elderly patients within our inpatient units. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status.
Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
Monitor and manage complex medical conditions.
Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Support education for patients and their families regarding health management.
Facilitate safe discharge processes for patients.
Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current RN licensure.
Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
