Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide exceptional, patient-focused care in our critical access facility located in Spruce Pine, NC. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for a variety of inpatient and outpatient groups, including those in medical-surgical and step-down units.

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide support during emergency situations.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
• Maintain precise documentation in electronic health records (EHR).

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably with diverse patient populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
