Position Overview:
We're looking for a reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented Woodworker to join our growing startup. Whether you're looking to expand your skills or start a new path, this is an opportunity to be part of a company that's making a difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft high-quality furniture pieces, home decor items and picture frames using reclaimed materials
• Operate woodworking tools and equipment including table saws, routers, band saws, and chop saws
• Follow design plans and measurements with precision
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
• Collaborate with a team focused on craftsmanship, sustainability, and social impact

What We’re Looking For:

• Some woodworking knowledge and comfort using standard shop tools is a plus
• Great attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Passion for working with your hands and contributing to a purpose-driven mission
• No prior experience required — we provide training
