Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Python & AI Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling AI/ML-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong Python expertise, solid understanding of machine learning and AI concepts, and practical experience delivering production-grade systems in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python
• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning / AI models
• Implement data processing pipelines, feature engineering, and model optimization
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions
• Integrate AI/ML models into applications via REST APIs / microservices
• Perform model monitoring, performance tuning, and re-training in production
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices and reviews
• Document technical designs, models, and implementation approaches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Python development Strong proficiency in Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and AI concepts, including: o Supervised and unsupervised learning Model evaluation and validation
• Experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience of System level design with architectural experience
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts
• Experience working with SQL / NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs, prompt engineering, or model fine-tuning.
