Make a meaningful impact in the educational community as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supporting K-12 students. This full-time, onsite contract position extends through June 2027 and offers the chance to enhance the lives of students while providing supervision and guidance within a collaborative school-based setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and active BCBA certification are required
• Demonstrated experience working with children, especially those with disabilities or autism
• Prior BCBA experience within a school environment is highly valued
• Proven ability to provide professional supervision to team members
• Committed to fostering student growth and promoting positive behavioral change

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure consistent support across settings
• Assess student needs and progress, adapting interventions as necessary
• Provide direct supervision and support to at least one contractor on site
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
• Offer training and guidance to school staff on behavioral best practices and data collection
