Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Burlington area. In this onsite, contract-based position, you’ll play a critical role in creating positive behavioral change for children, including those with disabilities and autism. The assignment runs from now through June 10, 2027, at 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, offering the chance to make a lasting impact across an extended school term.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and current BCBA certification
• Demonstrated experience working with children, especially those with disabilities or autism
• Previous BCBA experience preferred
• Strong supervisory skills; ability to oversee and guide another behavioral contractor
• Clear, confident communication with students, school staff, and families

Role Highlights:

• Develop, implement, and assess individualized behavior intervention plans for students across kindergarten through 12th grade
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Provide direct support and coaching to school staff on behavioral interventions and best practices
• Supervise another contractor, fostering their professional growth and maintaining high standards of practice
• Ensure compliance with all relevant district, state, and federal guidelines
