Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting K-12 students, leveraging your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a vibrant school environment. This full-time, onsite position runs from ASAP through June 10, 2027, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule at 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering evidence-based behavioral support for K-12 students, including those with disabilities and autism spectrum disorders
- Overseeing and guiding one contractor, ensuring effective collaboration and professional growth
- Conducting functional behavior assessments, writing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring progress
- Collaborating closely with educators, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Supervising the implementation of behavioral strategies and providing training to school professionals
- Maintaining detailed, accurate, and timely behavioral records and progress documentation
Preferred experience and qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Previous experience working in school settings, directly serving children and adolescents
- Demonstrated expertise supporting students with autism or developmental disabilities
- Prior supervisory experience is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
