Licensed Real Estate Sales Showing Agent

Colorado Homes CO is looking for a self-motivated showing assistant to help buyers tour homes across Boulder, Denver, Colorado Springs, the Foothills, and Grand County. You’ll work directly with broker/owner Tyler Eberhart, supporting clients from their first tour through their next steps in the buying process.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and conduct property showings, including evenings and weekends when needed.

• Respond promptly to showing requests from Zillow Preferred opportunities and several other inbound lead funnels.

• Learn each buyer’s priorities, gather useful feedback after tours, and keep the lead agent informed.

• Coordinate access, confirm appointments, and make every showing organized and welcoming.

• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up in our CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• An active Colorado real estate license and willingness to affiliate with Colorado Homes CO.

• Strong knowledge of one or more of our service areas.

• Reliable transportation, a flexible schedule, and prompt communication.

• A client-first approach and the ability to work independently.

This is a good fit for an experienced agent who enjoys working with buyers, wants a steady flow of showing opportunities, and takes pride in responsive service. Compensation and the scope of the role will be discussed during the interview.
