National Recruiting Manager @ Futures Consulting, LLC | Direct Hires, Relationship Development Architect – Los Angeles (Multi-Family | SD/DD/CD | CA Heavy) Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 3–4 days in office, Fridays from home) About the Role A highly respected Los Angeles design studio is seeking a motivated Multi‑Family Architect capable of leading a project team through Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and full Construction Administration for large‑scale multi‑family housing projects. The Architect will act as the primary point of contact for owners and contractors, ensuring the design intent is executed effectively throughout the construction process. Key Responsibilities Lead projects through SD, DD, CD, and CA phases. Serve as the main liaison with clients, owners, and contractors. Oversee full contract document production, including redlines and specifications. Review DD/CD drawings to minimize RFIs and change orders. Coordinate consultants and monitor budgets, schedules, and billings. Prepare Additional Service Requests (ASRs). Train, mentor, and support junior staff. Required Qualifications 10+ years of architectural experience with extensive Construction Administration on multi‑family housing. Strong understanding of building systems and field coordination. Skilled in Revit, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization, multi‑tasking, and time‑management abilities. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with owners and contractors. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Management.
