This position is responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, organizing incoming mail and invoices, maintaining electronic files, and assisting with general office tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, dependable, and eager to learn and grow within a company. Receptionist - Essential Duties & Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet visitors and maintain a professional front desk Sort and stamp incoming mail for Accounts Payable File and organize invoices and other documents Working with Excel Spreadsheets Call in utility locates as needed Save and organize documents on the company shared server Maintain organized electronic and physical files Assist with general office and administrative tasks Provide support to the front office team as needed Maintain a professional and welcoming environment Receptionist - Additional Qualifications Previous receptionist or office experience preferred but not required Construction or contractor office experience is a plus Ability to communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and customers Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stay organized Comfortable learning new computer systems and office procedures Strong follow-through and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
