Clinic Director — Lead a Thriving Mental Health Clinic

Ellie Mental Health-Capital Region NY

Ellie Mental Health Torrance is seeking a Clinic Director who will lead a 10–15 therapist team, oversee clinical and operational performance, and partner with franchise ownership to expand access to quality mental health care. The role emphasizes autonomy, compassion, accountability, and strategic outreach to the community.
