ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 1991 and is a well-established team of nine with a long history of success. I bring a diverse background including experience in government, the medical field, and insurance prior to opening the agency. Throughout my career, I've consistently been a top performer, ranking in the top 10% of the company and earning many of State Farm's top awards.

I hold a Master of Science in Management from Florida International University and have been married for 36 years. I take pride in both my professional accomplishments and the strong relationships I've built over time.
We stay involved in the community by supporting organizations such as the Miami Rescue Mission and the Cuban Catholic Church.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ileana Cabrera-Rodriguez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensación: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
