Director of Social Work (LSW/LCSW)

We're seeking an experienced Director of Social Work to join our skilled nursing leadership team near Hazlet, NJ . Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 annually DOE Responsibilities Lead the Social Work department and oversee daily operations. Coordinate discharge planning and resident care transitions. Support residents and families while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications Current NJ LSW or LCSW required. Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required. Leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of discharge planning, Medicare/Medicaid, and resident advocacy.
