What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer support by phone, email, and chat.

• Help riders schedule and coordinate transportation for healthcare appointments and other essential needs.

• Resolve questions and concerns with empathy, urgency, and a solutions-focused approach.

• Coordinate with transportation providers and Guides to ensure reliable service.

• Meet established performance and service goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of contact center or customer service experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Empathetic, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset.

• Strong time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable attendance and commitment to exceptional service.

• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.

• English proficiency (reading, speaking, and listening).

• High-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workspace.

Work Environment

100% Remote / Work From Home

This is a primarily sedentary role requiring extended periods of sitting and frequent computer, phone, and keyboard use.
