Assembly TechnicianThis position is located full-time, onsite within our Re:Build Manufacturing facility in New Kensington, PA. In response to growth in our product offering and a strategic expansion of our capabilities, the Team at RBNK is growing and seeking to fill the position of Assembly Technician.What You Get To DoInstalls/assembles various components, sub-assemblies, and hardware by following written & electronic drawings, work instructions, and specifications.Maintains inventory of components, hardware and other necessary department items.Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment and tooling.Contribute ideas and subject matter expertise to the continuous improvement of both the process and documentationCommunicates with Management, Team leads, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issuesCompletes legibly all reports and other associated paperworkWhat You Bring To The TeamMinimum of 1 year of manufacturing experienceExperience on an assembly line or similar within the manufacturing industryHigh school diploma or GED is PREFERREDCan read a basic drawing and work instructionsDemonstrates in-process inspection competence.Demonstrates basic mathematical skillsHas both mechanical and technical capacity.Fluency in written and spoken English is required.Honest and timely communicationSelf-motivation and positive attitudeIntegrity and SafetyThe Big PayoffWe are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
