You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist with access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.36 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and authorized contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity. Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel and visitors in accordance with site-specific access requirements. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives. Minimum Requirements: Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
