You will engage with clients during our operational hours, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing essential therapeutic services that empower individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, counselors, and psychiatrists, to create and execute tailored care plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Assess client situations through comprehensive evaluations, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment to identify mental health needs and priorities.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions aimed at equipping clients and their families with coping strategies, resources, and practical solutions to manage mental health challenges effectively.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, reflecting client progress and treatment adjustments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
