OnSite Specialist - Springfield, IL

Stryker seeks an On-Site Specialist for field-based work in Springfield, Illinois supporting minimally invasive surgical procedures. The role involves equipment maintenance, operating room assistance, troubleshooting surgical devices, and coordination with clinical and biomedical teams to ensure safe, efficient procedures.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Stryker Endoscopy equipment use in coordination with surgical and biomedical teams
- Ensure equipment is prepared, operational, and compliant with safety standards
- Troubleshoot and repair surgical devices to maintain performance
- Maintain product knowledge through training and communicate insights to clinical teams
- Clean, inspect, and assemble surgical instruments for sterilization
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0+ years customer service or technical assistance experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand/walk daily with manual dexterity
- Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- HSPA certification obtainable within 6 months of hire
Compensation: $23.85 per hour plus benefits; range $21.58-$29.20 USD hourly depending on location
